Sharon's retreats are for people who give a great deal, carry a lot, and rarely stop long enough to hear themselves think. Not a spa weekend. Not a performance of wellness. A grounded space to pause and reset.

Residential weekend retreats, held twice a year in a restful natural setting. Arrive Friday evening, leave Sunday lunchtime. In between, the pace slows and the noise drops away. Time to step out of the demands of daily life and take stock.
People in demanding seasons. Tired in a way a weekend at home will not fix. Holding it together for everyone else and needing a moment for themselves. You do not need to be in crisis to come. You just need to know it is time to pause.

- Two nights in nature, away from the noise.
- Somatic practice, including gentle movement and breathwork.
- Nourishing seasonal kai.
- A theme each retreat, guided alongside experienced facilitators.
- Reflection grounded in Te Whare Tapa Whā.
- A small group of people who understand what it is to carry a lot.

You can come exactly as you are.
There is no pressure to perform wellness, explain yourself, or arrive polished. There is structure, there is care, and there is room to breathe.
